I share my musings and struggles to shed light on how we can shift our perspective and move through life with more ease. Vulnerability is a beautiful gateway to awakening our hearts.
In this video I talk about feeling stuck with using technology, specifically in my business. Just the thought of having an automated scheduler, payments, email list and trying to figure out how to make it all run smoothly stops me cold in my tracks from finishing my website. I finally got to the root of these old patterns and beliefs. Here I share my epiphany and how I eased myself through the age old fears of being a good girl and following the rules.
